Steps:
1.Download the latest CC bin files from any of the links above.
2.Open fiddler and go to autoresponder. [read fiddler tutorial first if unclear]
3.In the rule editor, add this regular expression to replace quiz.bin
REGEX:(?insx).*quiz\.bin$
4.Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded.
5.Replace it with quiz.bin
6.Click SAVE
7.Add this regular expression to replace ingredient.bin
REGEX:(?insx).*ingredient\.bin$
8.Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded.
9.Replace it with ITEMNAME.bin . Basically, just choose the item you want and replace ingredient.bin with the correct file.
10.Click SAVE
11.Go into Restaurant City.
12.Check your fiddler and make sure ingredient.bin and quiz.bin are highlighted in gray. This means they have been replaced.
13.Once loaded, just ans the quiz and you will get the item you want
